The Fliff Weekend-in-Vegas Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Fliff, Inc.(“Sponsor”). By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification.

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old before November 19, 2025. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and each of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the immediate family members and their family members or persons living in the same households of such individuals are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules and to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor. All federal, state, and local laws apply. The winners of the Sweepstakes (“Winners”) will be required to sign and return to Sponsor within thirty (30) days an affidavit of eligibility (except where prohibited) affirming their agreement to all terms, conditions, and restrictions in these Official Rules.
The Sweepstakes begins at or about 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 12, 2025, and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 14, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
How to Enter:
There are two (2) separate methods of entry in this Sweepstakes: (1) Referring at least one friend in the Fliff mobile application and (2) the Alternate Entry Method described below. During the Entry Period, eligible entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by following the instructions below for one or more of the below entry methods (each eligible entry, a “Submission”). All Submissions must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 14, 2025 or as detailed below for the Alternate Entry Method to be eligible for this Sweepstakes. There is a limit of ten (10) Submissions per Fliff account and ten (10) Alternate Entry Method Submission, per person during the Entry Period (for a total of no more than ten (10) Submissions per person during the Entry Period). Any attempt to use multiple names, identities, or other means to enter this Sweepstakes more than the limit may result in the disqualification from this Sweepstakes.

Entry Method #1
1. Fliff App. Eligible entrants may enter this Sweepstakes via the Fliff App by taking the following steps:

By entering this Sweepstakes, you are acknowledging and agreeing that Sponsor has the right to use your Submission as set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor may not receive entries that fail to follow these instructions.
Alternate Entry Method
Eligible entrants also may send a 3” by 5” piece of paper with complete hand-printed name, residence address, date of birth, phone number, and e-mail address in an envelope with proper first-class postage affixed to Fliff Weekend-in-Vegas Sweepstakes, Fliff, Inc., P.O Box 9529, Manchester, NH 03108. Mailed-in entries must be postmarked between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on November 12, 2025 and 11:59:59p.m. ET on November 14, 2025, and received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 14, 2025. There is a limit of one (1) 3” by 5” card per mailing envelope. Mailed-in entries must be complete and legible to qualify, and will be void if they are, in whole or in part, incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, counterfeit, altered, or obtained through theft or fraud. Participants must include their full name and return address on the front of the envelope and the words: "Fliff Weekend-in-Vegas Sweepstakes." Limit ten (10) mailed-in entry per person or household address for the duration of the Entry Period. All such mailed-in entries become the property of Sponsor, and Sponsor reserves the right to use any information submitted by entrants. Sponsor is not responsible for late, illegible, misdirected, or mutilated entries.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, improperly submitted, or misdirected entries, including due to technical/network failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Submission process; violates applicable law; violates the applicable terms of service or rules of Fliff Inc; or otherwise violates these Official Rules. The use of any device, software, or other mechanism to automate Submissions or disrupt the Submission process is prohibited and any Submissions received by such means will be void.
Winner will be contacted via email or phone communication and posted publicly on Sponsor’s Twitter Page at https://twitter.com/fliff. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Submissions received. A purchase of Sponsor’s products or services will not increase the odds of winning. Winners will be contacted by Sponsor’s representatives via direct message or e-mail to the Winners. Winners must meet all eligibility requirements, including the execution and delivery of all necessary releases.
GRAND PRIZE (“Grand Prize” or “Prize”) will awarded as two (2) round-trip airfare tickets to Las Vegas, hotel/lodging accommodations for two (2), Fliff merchandise and apparel bundle for two (2), and all access passes to the Celebrity Poker Tour® Championship tournament on November 19tht for two (2).
Prizes may not be exchanged, sold, or traded. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by Winner is permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for any delays in rewarding the Prize for any reason.
Winner will be solely responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes, as well as any other fees incurred by participation in the Sweepstakes.
Winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Proof of U.S. residency, age, and identity are required to claim a prize. Winner is subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until that entrant’s eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.
Winners will be required to execute and return to Sponsor a liability release and affidavit of eligibility (except where prohibited) within thirty (30) days of notice of winning. In the event that a winner fails to execute and return a liability release and affidavit of eligibility (except where prohibited) within thirty (30) days of notice of winning, their Prize may be forfeited, and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
By accepting the Prize, Winner agrees to grant and hereby grants (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing) permission for the Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their designees to use Winner’s name, city and state/territory/province of residence, prize information, photograph, voice, statements, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. Names and e-mail addresses of Sweepstakes entrants may be used for future marketing solicitations by Sponsor, unless the entrant opts out of such marketing uses.
Sponsor will not be responsible or liable for lost, late, damaged, defaced, incomplete, stolen, illegible, indiscernible, illegally obtained, misdirected, inaccurate, or undelivered Submissions, direct messages, comments, replies, posts, ore-mails, or for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the Prize and/or allSweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any defect or delay in communication, including, but not limited to, Instagram use, or for telephonic or computer failures, errors, or interruptions in service, whether via Instagram or otherwise. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant forever discharges, releases, and holds harmless Sponsor and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of its directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability, Claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded, however caused. Sponsor makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning any prize awarded and disclaims any implied warranty.
These Official Rules are subject to modification by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by Sponsor are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses the entry process, or who otherwise acts in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or modify this Sweepstakes if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of completion as planned, including due to force majeure, or non-authorized human intervention that compromises or affects the administration, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is governed by, and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants, Winner, and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof. Subject to the arbitration provision and class action waiver below, exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes, claims, complaints, actions, or other legal proceedings (collectively, “Claims”) that are not required to be arbitrated will be in the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Sponsor may collect and use personal information that entrants provide to enter the Sweepstakes to actually conduct the Sweepstakes and contact the potential winner(s). Personal information includes any information that can be reasonably linked to a specific individual, including name, postal address, telephone number, and e-mail address. As noted above, Sponsor (including any successors or assigns) may use names and e-mail addresses of Sweepstakes entrants for future marketing solicitations by Sponsor, unless the entrant opts out of such marketing uses. Otherwise, no personal information that Sponsor collects in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes will be sold or given to anyone who may contact entrants for any purpose not related to the sweepstakes. For the name of the winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Fliff Weekend-in-Vegas Sweepstakes Winner’s List, P.O Box 9529, Manchester, NH 03108.Winner’s list requests must be received no later than August 31, 2024.
Each of the terms of these Official Rules operates separately. If any court of relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
If Sponsor fails to insist that entrant or Winners perform any of its obligations under these Official Rules, or if Sponsor does not enforce its rights against entrant or Winners, or if Sponsor delays in doing so, that will not mean that Sponsor has waived its rights against entrant and/or Winners and will not mean that entrant and/or Winners, as applicable, does not have to comply with these obligations. If Sponsor does waive a default entrant and/or Winners, Sponsor will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that Sponsor will automatically waive any later default entrant and/or Winners.
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Sponsor and entrant with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, or written, between Sponsor and entrant with respect to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes or these Sweepstakes Rules, or any part of the Sweepstakes or these Sweepstakes Rules, with immediate effect owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make it unavoidable if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
